Things I love...
- I love a celebration! I love organising, writing speeches, I love being there, I love when it all goes to plan and I love when something surprisingly fantastic happens!
- I love a well written speech, when someone says all the right things in just the right way.
- I love performing. I'm currently playing the role of Mum most of the time, but my usual Monday-to-Friday is as a primary school teacher, I’ve danced my whole life, and in adulthood I’ve added in some musical theatre so I’m used to a variety of audiences. (Don’t worry, I won’t break into song at your wedding!)
- I love doing my job properly, and people who do their jobs properly.
- I love hair. In a previous career/life I was a hairdresser so have seen and enjoyed weddings from another perspective. I still love an updo!
- I love going to weddings, seeing the people I care about celebrate their commitment to each other and put on a fabulous party.
- I love to take pride in my appearance. While I am as casual as they come at home, when I leave the house for work or play I love picking out the perfect outfit and hairstyle. I can tone it down when needed, too!

"Where do we start?! Rachel, you were amazing. You couldn’t have made our wedding ceremony any easier for us. You kind and warm energy was greatly received and many of our guests loved our “Groovy, quirky, cool and young celebrant”! We found that having the cue cards during our vow readings much easier and helpful so thanks for making those. You were very punctual on meeting timings for our meetings, rehearsal and on the day, as well as responding to emails, messages and phone calls which I think is a major plus...
